A proud Filipino pastry chef with roots in Doha, Qatar, I began my culinary journey in 2016 through the DOLE–POLO OWWA program under WASAHQ Culinary Arts. Since then, I’ve cultivated a deep passion for bread and pastry production, with a particular focus on cake making and decorating.
From 2016 to 2019, I volunteered as a bread and pastry chef, dedicating myself to mastering the art of cake design. My commitment and creativity were recognized internationally when I won my first cake decorating award at Salon Culinaire 2018, hosted by Qatar Culinary Professionals.
Certified since 2016, I continue to build on the legacy I’ve started—crafting visually stunning, culturally inspired cakes that celebrate tradition, artistry, and flavor. Now based in the UK, I’m bringing Filipino flair to every bake, one masterpiece at a time
