Welcome to Recipes By MP. By accessing or using our website www.recipesbymp.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any orders.
Ordering
• Orders must be placed through our online ordering system.
• Confirmation is issued once payment is received.
• Custom or bespoke cakes may require additional lead time and consultation.
Payments
• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods listed at checkout.
• All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes.
Collection & Delivery
• Orders are available for pickup only at designated London locations and times listed on our site.
• Customers are responsible for collecting their orders promptly.
• For shipped items (where applicable), we use Royal Mail Tracked 24 with insulated packaging.
Products
• All cakes and desserts are handmade; slight variations in appearance may occur.
• Allergens are listed in product descriptions, but customers must notify us of dietary requirements before ordering.
• Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refunds & Cancellations
• Orders cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation may be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds are not available for custom cakes once production has begun.

Liability
• Recipes By Mp is not liable for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses, or failure to collect orders.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
Communications
By providing your contact details, you consent to receiving order updates and occasional promotional messages. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
